What does it really take to design an office?

I used to think that designing an office was all about choosing beautiful materials, the right colors, and perfectly selected furniture.
Today, I know it's so much more than that.
An office is where the day begins. It's where ideas are born, decisions are made, pressure is felt, successes are celebrated, casual conversations happen over coffee… and entire lives unfold within a space.
That's why I always ask my clients: How do you want to feel when you walk into your office? Calm? Creative? Focused? Cozy? Luxurious?
I love creating offices with character—spaces that tell the story of the people behind the business, and that make room for people, energy, and atmosphere.
In the end, a well-designed office is not a luxury. It's part of the experience, part of the brand, and part of our everyday lives.
And if we're going to spend so many hours in one place… it deserves to feel good. 🤍
